Bank of America sell Construction bank stake

Bank of America announced late on August 29, with the price of 8.3 billion dollar selling its hold China construction bank shares, that is, about half 13.1 billion shares. Through this sale, bank of America will get $ 3.3 billion in after-tax income. Sold its holdings of 13.1 billion strands of China construction bank shares, bank of America is still holds a 5% stake in the bank of China.
