Hostirian selected the Globe Building - as the location for one its St. Louis Missouri Data Centers because it’s ideally positioned geographically, very well connected, stable, secure and scalable.
A majority of Tier one carriers have - a physical presence in the Globe Building and many more provide service over leased facilities. Hostirian offers one free cross connect with their full rack collocation services there, but also offers their own BGP blend of Savvis, Level3 and Cogent. Each of Hostirian’s Midwest data centers, including the Globe Building, is connected via fiber to optimize redundancy.
The Globe Building has multiple layers of - security including on-site officers, underground secured parking and electronic screening devices. It also has updated electrical power with an on-site dedicated utility substation, and hasn’t had a power outage in over 25 years.
Two passenger elevators - plus one 15,000 pound freight elevator and five 7,000 pound freight elevators serve our floor and the parking garage.
With 25 loading docks providing easy access to – the freight elevators, a huge meet me room, numerous retailers located on the first floor and a highly centralized location, this facility is one of Hostirian’s key Midwest data centers.
