Do I own the website once it’s been completed?
We will transfer the ownership rights for the website design and website domain to you once a 6 month commitment period has been fulfilled and paid for.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with our product and service in the first 30 days, you may opt-out of your contract without any hesitation.
How long does this process take?
Every website is unique. Typically we can have the first draft of your website done and ready for review within 2 weeks. If you have the content and assets ready to go, it’s possible to complete a full website within those 2 weeks.
Are there any setup fees with this service?
No. You will only pay your monthly or annual rate.
Can I change my plan?
You can always upgrade your plan as your needs increase. Moving to a lower plan can be very difficult. If you don’t know what you need at first, we recommend a lower plan to get started.
